Recycling Event

Free Appliance & Electronics Recycling at Our Office!

Saturday, June 6th, 2015 | 10am to 3pm
2737 77th Ave SE, Mercer Island

Windermere Mercer Island is teaming up with local non-profit 1 Green Planet, and shredding company Confidential Data Disposal, Inc., to offer free appliance recycling and secure shredding* in our parking lot. New this year: SightConnection will be on hand to recycle your cloth, so don’t forget to declutter your closets and bring clothing/textiles to this year’s recycle event!

The following items will be accepted in our parking lot for recycling:
Clothing and Cloth
Appliances – washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc.
Electronics – televisions, stereos, etc.
Scrap metal, machinery – circuit boards, etc.
Computers (Secure data destruction) – PCs, laptops, printers,
monitors, etc.
Batteries – car, computer, etc.
Medical equipment
Ink & toner
Cell phones

*Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing more than 10 boxes of paperwork for shredding.

Any donations will benefit Mercer Island Youth and Family Services.
