Jumpstart Your Healthy Resolutions With New Seasons Market Mercer Island

Did you make any health-related resolutions at the New Year? New Seasons Market on Mercer Island is all set to help you establish healthy eating habits and pump up your nutrition knowledge!

Every Saturday this month, you can jumpstart your January by attending a free talk given by NSM nutritionist Tran Hoang. Registration is required, but other than that be ready to support your healthy resolutions with helpful information. Below is a schedule of the January Jumpstart topics, with links to the event registration pages.

You can also stop by New Seasons Market for Talk N’ Taste Thursdays. Swing by the Mercer Island store’s Solutions counter between 1-5pm on Thursdays to discuss with Ms. Hoang your nutrition questions, and sample some healthy foods that are tasty as well!
