This week made clear that there are two different markets out there. The first, well-priced and desirable homes, are flying off the shelves with multiple offers allowing sellers to dictate terms to their liking. The second, homes priced at the top of the market or not in turn-key condition, are struggling with little showing activity and lengthening market times. Right now, more than ever, the rewards for sellers come from solid home prepping for sale and pricing right.
