In 2012, Windermere Real Estate created the Senior Transition Specialist designation. Here at Windermere Real Estate/Mercer Island, we are proud to introduce the agents who have become Senior Transition Specialists: (top row, L-R)Denise Coe, Peni Schwartz, Julie Barrows, Molly Neary, (bottom row, L-R) Mary Lou Putman, Ina Bahner, Doug McKernan and Cynthia Schoonmaker (Not Pictured).

In order to become Senior Transition Specialists, all of these agents went through training to learn how to best serve Senior clients. All have earned their Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation from the National Association of Realtors. Most importantly, each agent has a proven track record of helping clients aged 60+, along with their families. In addition, all of these agents will continue to participate in on-going educational opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest services available to the Senior demographic.

The Senior Transition Specialists of Windermere Real Estate/Mercer Island have put together a Homeowner Services Directory. This directory contains contact information for vendors that have a proven track record working with clients over the age of 60. They would be happy to provide you with a complimentary copy and discuss any real estate questions you have. Click on an agent’s name to navigate to his or her website, which contains contact information, or call Windermere Real Estate/Mercer Island at (206)232-0446 to speak to one of the Senior Transition Specialists.
