The 20th Annual Mercer Island Summer Celebration runs all day Saturday and Sunday, July 10th and 11th. This year’s theme is Through the Decades. The Parade of Decades will officially kick off the Celebration at 10 am on Saturday, in downtown Mercer Island.

Events are scheduled in several venues around the island, with Mercerdale Park being the largest venue. Take a look at the schedule of events for times and locations of all Summer Celebration events. There’s activities for all ages, including boat rides, music, arts and crafts, theatre, car show, sports and fireworks. Don’t miss out on the fun! Come out and celebrate the gorgeous weather we’ve been having in the Seattle area.

Beginning at 3 pm on Saturday, Windermere R.E. / Mercer Island will be conducting the event, “My First Garden,” in front of the Windermere Main Stage and Pergola Stage. Children can plant a pot full of beautiful flowers to bring home and enjoy.
