Mercer Island School District announced that it will no longer allow non-resident students to enroll in Mercer Island schools beginning this Fall with the 2010-2011 school year due to increasing enrollment levels. Mercer Island School District enrollment reports anticipate that enrollment will increase by nearly 800 students over the next 10 years.
